Interactive Whiteboard Debate:

In this wiki we will hold a debate concerning Interactive White Boards (IWB). The question is:

Are Interactive White Boards worth the investment for schools? Do they benefit the teaching and learning process? How or how not?

Students with a last name starting with letters A through K will take a negative position and tell us all of the reasons why they may not be worth the investment of time, money, training, etc. Those whose last name starts with L - Z will take the positive position. You will post your position by clicking on the left side menu under the appropriate page - Negative Position or Positive Position. You MUST provide online videos, articles, references, etc. to support you position. Any other resources that you find, that may not go with your position, feel free to post on the page titled - IWB Resources. Whenever you post anywhere on this wiki, please start off with your name.

To post to a page, you must first be a member of the wiki. If you do not see your login id on the top right, then log in. There are several types of Interactive White Boards. Many of you have heard of SmartBoards or Promethean Boards. You will need to go out and search the world wide web to support your view on the above questions.
